Usage policy

1.Acceptance of terms

By using the FWG platform through the website or any of its interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this policy. If you do not agree with any of its terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2.Nature of the service

FWG is a specialised technology platform providing legal AI tools, a Saudi-law library, and an advisory channel between clients and advisors accredited by the platform. The platform is not a substitute for formal legal representation before judicial or regulatory authorities, nor does it stand in for legal representation in court.

3.User eligibility

• The user must be at least 18 years old or represent a duly authorised legal entity.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Keep login details confidential and take full responsibility for any activity on the account.

4.Permitted use

The platform may be used only for lawful purposes, including submitting advisory requests, consulting the law library, and using AI outputs as initial guidance before they are approved by a licensed advisor.

5.Prohibited use

• Impersonating others or providing misleading information.
• Uploading or publishing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass security measures.
• Misusing the AI interfaces in ways that violate the law or public decency.
• Providing professional advice in the name of FWG without formal written authorisation.

6.AI-output disclaimer

AI outputs on FWG (including drafts and analyses) are guidance produced from models and data available at the time, and may contain errors or omissions. They must be reviewed by a licensed advisor before being relied on or submitted to any official or judicial body. FWG accepts no liability for the consequences of relying on these outputs without human review.

7.Intellectual Property

All rights in the texts, trademarks, logos, designs, and software of FWG are owned by or licensed to the platform. Users may use outputs related to their own request for lawful purposes, but may not republish the platform or its reference content for competing commercial purposes.

8.Data privacy

Data collection and processing are governed by the published privacy policy and by the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia. FWG is committed to safeguarding user data and will not share it with third parties except as permitted by applicable law.

9.Fees and subscriptions

Fees — where applicable — are set out on the Pricing page. Users are not entitled to a refund once a consultant has begun work on the request, save with the written approval of platform management.

10.Account suspension

FWG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy or poses a risk to the platform or its users, without prejudice to its right to pursue legal remedies.

11.Limitation of liability

FWG is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or exclusive reliance on its outputs, including but not limited to commercial losses, data loss, or lost opportunities.

12.Changes to this policy

FWG may amend this policy at any time; changes take effect on the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes implied acceptance of the updated version.

13.Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
